If you are running late I have a 10 minute policy. If over 10 minutes I may not be able to do your hair. And you may have to reschulde your appointment.
I understand and appreciate all of my clients have demanding lives which can make scheduling demands unavoidable. Therefore I require a 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment.
Therefore if you should not cancel within 24 hours prior or not show for your appointment I have the below policy in place.
24 hour notice - NO CHARGE
Less than 24 hours - 100% of Appointment
No Show - 100% of Appointment
The above will be charged on your next appointment.
